My toilet was leaking I didn’t know where the water was coming from so I called kitchen and bath plumbing they send a technician out by the name of Nicholas and this guy was just amazing I thought I needed a whole new toilet but that wasn’t the case this gentleman reassured me that everything was fine and that we just needed a new ring for the toilet so he brought it out and fixed it these guys are awesome I would refer them to anybody

I needed someone ASAP and they were quick to respond. Clayton was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional. I am very grateful for his help and quick resolution to my problem. Would recommend to anyone and will be using them again. Specifically Clayton.

I used them for a couple of projects and I was very pleased with them, so I called them to come out and give us an estimate to install water softner. They rescheduled me twice and then the day they were suppose to come, didn't show up and no phone call. I then called again to give them another chance and left a message, but never got a call back. Very disappointed.

This guy is a straight shooter and he is knowledgable! Thanks chris, had no clue what to do about this water coming up in my front yard. I literally had a fountain coming up out of the dirt. I live in mesa, 25 minutes after my call he pulled up in this van that was wrapped with pink and black.
He got to work right away, pricing was fine with me and had me fixed in a couple hours. I mean he had a shovel in his truck and him and someone else that was with him got to work that second!! Awesome work guys. Water was back on a little after 3 hours! Hey guys... thanks for the magnet, i will call you when i need you again. My buddy Vin Referred me!

My daughter has some kind of maintenance contract with Parker. Or they come out.ically and check her HVAC systems.. The last time they came out, they checked the systems and were very courteous as always. And respect full is always. However. They had bad news for my daughter. They told her she needed to replace both her systems.. They tried to use the typical scare Tactic. That commission paid technicians used to scare somebody into buying systems. Like telling her that they were worried that they might fail in the summer, and they would have to go without cooling.. They told her they were concerned about the motors outside. Both being On there last leg and the capacitors not looking so good either.. And told her if those failed, it would be repairs that might be up to $3000.. So they recommended both units being replaced.. Upon hearing this, I went out to check her systems myself since I've been in the industry more than 15 years. I checked both systems they were running perfectly. There's no issues the motors were pulling normal amps. The capacitors were reading as normal. The compressors were pulling normal apps. A refrigerant charges were perfect as usual.. It's very disappointing to hear this as I recommend Parker's and to a lot of people. I know. I tell them people that I recommend them to that. They're a trustful and won't try to rip you off. But it seems that I may be wrong.. I don't know if Parker and sons is a commission pay company or if they pay hourly rates. I would guess their commission based on this As it is what I see typically in the industry for Companies that pay commission to their Technicians It is my opinion that commission paid companies create problems. By putting pressure on technicians to sell people parts they don't need in order to make A decent paycheck.. Or even possibly having a quota of parts they need to sell..I wouldn't say all of Parker and sons is this way. Maybe it was just a certain technician. However, this is the kind of problem that is created by paying people commission rather hourly.. And I understand when you pay people commission. Your company makes a lot more because obviously they're focused on selling all the parts they can sell. Set sometimes at me and selling parts to customer Justice and actually need.. The people I know from Parker and sons are good people. However, I just wanted unawareness to be made. I just issue because I see it all too many times in the HVAC industry and I would like to make a difference and change people getting taken advantage of the trust you to work on your systems..

Holly Plumbing Solutions (HPS) is the real deal - honest, reliable and affordable. I came across this company via a friend’s recommendation and their subsequent recommendation (the original was booked out two weeks)… SO GLAD I was pointed in their direction.

To every homeowner’s horror, I noticed a leak coming through the ceiling in my garage (my children’s restroom located directly above). I contacted HPS, spoke to Kristen and she managed to get me schedule in for the following day (wasn’t easy, as Joe was booked all day that day… but they squeezed me in) - already a great experience. Joe came by the following morning and diagnosed the issue in less than a minute. He was nearly certain the issue was due to a loose toilet (no longer holding securely on to the flange) sending water out down below every time it flushed. Since Joe was going to have to remove my 24-year old toilet, I wondered if we could just swap it out for a new one. I ran down the street to Lowe’s, picked up a new toilet, while Joe did his thing removing the old one and prepping for a new install and he had it secure and good to go in little to no time.

In a day and age where it feels as if nearly all service companies lack integrity and are out to take you for a ride, finding a hard-working, reliable and honest company is rare and something you just want to tell everyone about, hence this review - Holly Plumbing Solutions is a diamond in the rough.

From the 1st call from Erica..ooo my what a pleasure to talk with. If ya have a bad day she perks ya up with just the type of voice that puts a smile on your face. Appt made within days. Casey came out to fix repair. Explained what had happened and how he was going to fix. I hope I never need him again, he will be in my list of great people and professionalism.

Had employee show up completely unprofessional and rude.

Mike From Beach Plumbing came out over a weekend when our water heater began leaking water and assessed the situation. He ordered a new water heater and the fittings we needed and had it installed by end of day Monday! So Grateful for his quick response and his knowledge of the business. We will be calling soon to get on a schedule for regular maintenance of the water heater. Thank you Mike!

I love this plumbing company- we've used them on several properties and Amy and Ralph are outstanding. Ralph has been extremely fair in price, and always is on time and really professional. They moved some plumbing for us on a remodel, have replaced a hot water heater and some miscellaneous items. Really great to work with and really fair people- I love love these guys and will use them again when needed.
