Set a time and then no showed then I tryed giving a second chance and show up at a total different time tried convincing me that more work needed to be done then what actually needed to be done and also had equipment that did not work was very shady

Chris is solid. We had a huge plumbing problem with a leaky faucet that we tried to fix ourselves without no results in Mesa. We reached out to another local plumbing company who couldn't fix it so we gave Pink Plumbing a call. They were on the job, and fixed it within the hour. It was an issue that they said is not seen on a regular basis.

I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the poor experiences we have had with your company. We pre-paid for a Spring and Fall maintenance ($153.89, Invoice #860938002). Our first visit was scheduled for 4/28/23 and the technician never arrived nor called us to advise of his status. We had to call your main office to find out he was tied up and would not get to us. A replacement technician was dispatched to our home and we informed him that your main office needed to make sure that your staff needs to communicate better with your customers. After the review was finally completed and estimates provided, work was scheduled for 5/4/23 in the morning. Once again, the technician failed to show and we had to call your main office for status. We have suspended further work with your company at this time. We are also requesting a refund of the pre-paid service fees due to the poor service. Julio Gonzalez, Gilbert, 85298.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

They burst my sewer pipe in Maryvale. Bursting is a good thing, and they did a good job. It's just a little expensive, but I don't have to worry about my sewer pipe anymore.

Signed contract 7/25/2022 sent 6,650.00, it is now January 10th, nothing done, can't get ahold of anyone.
