Best Pipe Restoration in Mesa AZ

I called and got an appointment really fast for a free estimate. They sent me a text with a picture of the person who was coming. Very professional, explained all the work required and what they were to charge. Accepted the estimate and scheduled a time. Day of project, again got a text on who was coming to do the work. Halfway through manager stopped by to ensure it was getting done correctly. All guys involved were professional and did the work amazingly fast! They also answered all my questions about what they were doing and why. Definitely recommend for any future work.

The tech was on time, did his job. I was satisfied with his job. But talking to some of the phone representatives, leave much to be desired! It was one I spoke to because I had a issue and a question about my warranty, and she proceeded to tell me she was not a tech, nor could she tell me anything about the warranty and what it covered all she could tell me it was a 10 year warranty. My AC was purchased from them in 2018 I was still under warranty I wanted to know why was I paying the sorbet amount of money, what exactly was covered? Let me talk she said so I asked her may I speak to the supervisor I’m quite sure they would understand about the warranty! This was about 12 noon. It is now 9:37 PM. I was told that they was going to call me before the end of business day , no call she was quite rude and very disrespectful!! that is my only complaint. She proceeded to tell me she worked from home. She doesn’t realize what karma is.

I had Jake look at my main sewer line as a second opinion. Another company said I had a cracked pipe that required digging through the floor and slab. They indicated it would cost approximately $11K.
Jake inspected the line and did not find any damage. He was very professional and honest! I appreciate his honesty and will use him in the future if needed.

They were up front, honest and fast. Michael checked in on my situation everyday and said to call him at anytime even after the job was done and he was paid. This is rare!!!!!

Signed contract 7/25/2022 sent 6,650.00, it is now January 10th, nothing done, can't get ahold of anyone.
