Great crew, great work and great (fair) prices. This crew, from start to finish, were awesome! They showed up on-time, ready to work and were respectful of our home. They communicated with us throughout the project, were neat, proficient and efficient. They installed a complete HVAC system, water heater, water softener, toilets and owner requested plumbing repairs in one day! I would call these guys in a heartbeat for ANY plumbing and HVAC needs! Highly recommended!

Absolutely a terrible HVAC company to deal with. I purchased a new Fulton Home last year, and Chas Roberts did the install. We have had multiple issues with the system in this short period of time, they come out and claim to fix the problem, but then the same issue happens again. Last month our unit shut down and it took them 1 1/2 days to respond. The technician supposedly fixed the problem, then last week the same issue happened again. I was told it would take two days for service. I was irate, and asked for a supervisor to call me. No one ever called me. I had to hire another company to come out and get the unit running again. Last night another issue and it shut down. Many of my neighbors are having the same problem with this company, and now we are being told we can't get service until September, which is a week away. This company should lose their license and the Registrar of Contractors needs to shut them down. Sharing equal blame is Fulton Homes. Shame on them for hiring such a horrible HVAC contractor. They should have zero stars but Google required me to at least pick one star.
