They do good work

First of all, Tom is the sweetest and most friendliest guy in the world. Tom came out, fixed our problem in pretty much a matter of minutes and we were not charge a ridiculous amount. This was so refreshing, as I had called 2 other plumbers, one said it was a calcium build up (he didn't even test anything so I have no idea where he determined it was calcium) and another was very adamant about us having more work done to our plumbing system than we wanted. Needless to say we will only be using this company from now on.

I have used Gold Star Plumbing & Drain a couple of times so far and they are professional and easy to work with. The friendly plumber, Richard, quickly assessed the issues, explained the options and repaired as needed. They quickly follow up with an email that includes photos of their work. I haven't had any issues with the repairs. I highly recommend them!
