Called late one afternoon and had an appointment the following afternoon. The technician called 1/2 before our schedule appointment to let us know he was on his way and would be at our home on time. The owner even stopped by to help and make sure we were completely satisfied our water heater install. Our experience with Phend Plumbing definitely exceeded our expectations. We will be recommending them to family, friends and neighbors.

Was extremely impressed by Master Rooter! We tried unsuccessfully to install a shower valve for 3 days and ended up calling Master Rooter at 2am. They had someone out at about 730am. James the technician was very personable and honest, not only did he fix the shower but also did our shut off valve out front. Price was exactly as quoted. We are happy no more leaks!

Just had Charlie out to repair some leaking coming from our water heater and he was great! Showed me what exactly was wrong, what he did to repair it, and was very quick with doing so! Always appreciate a quality, quick repair!

The two guys that came out to replace broken pipes under the sink and the outside wall, were so nice and curtsies and respectful. They explained everything they were doing and going to do. I knew exactly what to expect. Awesome company!

Absolutely a terrible HVAC company to deal with. I purchased a new Fulton Home last year, and Chas Roberts did the install. We have had multiple issues with the system in this short period of time, they come out and claim to fix the problem, but then the same issue happens again. Last month our unit shut down and it took them 1 1/2 days to respond. The technician supposedly fixed the problem, then last week the same issue happened again. I was told it would take two days for service. I was irate, and asked for a supervisor to call me. No one ever called me. I had to hire another company to come out and get the unit running again. Last night another issue and it shut down. Many of my neighbors are having the same problem with this company, and now we are being told we can't get service until September, which is a week away. This company should lose their license and the Registrar of Contractors needs to shut them down. Sharing equal blame is Fulton Homes. Shame on them for hiring such a horrible HVAC contractor. They should have zero stars but Google required me to at least pick one star.
