Best Furnace Parts in Mesa AZ
Gary and Steven came to my house and re-routed the main water line throughout my house via the attic and did a Fantastic job. I am totally pleased on what they did and how they did it. Very professional. They left me with a better system that will last for some 25 yrs. they were the guys you want to do a great job and leave a small footprint. Gary even cut, welded, and fixed my outside hose spicket with a brand new turn knob and I’m especially happy for that. Plumbsmart will be the only plumbing company I could recommend to anybody for what your looking for. Thx.

We made a call for services on our hot water heater and routine flushing and an appointment was arranged promptly and we appreciated the quick response ….the Minuteman Rep was very prompt on the arrival date ...and completed the flushing and further checking of our water heater making sure all was working properly......very professional service and the pricing and quality from Minuteman was very acceptable. We were very pleased....and would recommend Minuteman Home Services in the future......Rep..Dave was outstanding..! In conclusion, about 2 weeks later we noticed a small leak from the drain of the heater and contacted Minuteman again....received a callback promptly and had a Rep out to our home the next day......lo and behold ….It was the same Rep..Dave…….who corrected the leak...seams it was a plastic or rubber o-ring...all this corrected again......this company stands by it services and would recommend them highly....will not call anyone else when it calls for home services..!!!!!

On a new build the brand new AC unit they installed required repairs after a few weeks. They sent a guy, he added freon, fine. One year after installation it stops working again. We call, this time the receptionist said they know it's an emergency but the soonest time they will come is in 3-4 days. A few days later the guy investigates, says the compressor is busted, and he won't even order the part until we give them $1800. Their warranty apparently doesn't cover parts, even if they cause them to break, only labor to an extent. I'm pretty sure they just hike the price of the parts to offset the labor. If you are buying a unit that uses chas Roberts for AC, set aside an extra few thousand dollars because it's almost guaranteed that you will need it. I love my house, but I hate feeling like there is a ticking time bomb looming because of chas Roberts.
