Shower had a leak due to the sharkbite fitting. He was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. The issue came at a bad time and with Covid it was nice he was able to come out and fix the leak right away.

Alex A Vazquez Urquia was my technician and he was very helpful, listened to what the problem was, explained his solution thoroughly after inspecting my AC unit. He cleaned up everything he worked on too. Definitely recommend him and Parker and Sons!

Had an issue with my water valve while I was installing a bidet. He answered right away and was able to come within an hour. He fixed the issue and finished installing the bidet! No leaks and perfect fit.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Beware and Do Not use this company as they knowingly employ Drug addicts and Meth users. Brenda has been using Methamphetamine for many years I wouldn't trust her in my home for a second she has stolen from me in the past. Also Jack and Jason other employees are using meth as well. Caution don't put yourself at risk. I can provide Owner with any proof related if necessary photos videos. While the owner Ron possibly is unaware I urge customers to protect themselves just in case.

I recently purchased a Flo-tech water filtration system from Goldstar plumbing. Aside from the water system being installed, our plumber Cody showed up and he noticed that our water heater was leaking. Upon further discovery, it actually wasn't our water heater that was leaking at all. It was a broken sewer pipe in the wall. If it was not for Cody we may not have discovered this at all! I can't even imagine the damage this would have caused my whole house had he not found this! Thank you Cody for saving our entire downstairs. I highly recommend Goldstar plumbing. If you need plumbing repairs call them and ask for Cody to be your plumber!
