They went above and beyond my expectations by explaining all potential risks with my wiring at length, options for repairs and completing the work in a timely manner. Exceptional service. Been using this company for a while now. They have fixed, repaired, and even installed things for me. Always a great job. It was very hard for me to find a good company lots of research and headache. when it comes to my home I'm very nervous about who comes in and starts messing with my pipes electrical etc. Definitely satisfied. Will continue to use this service.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

I really wanted to give a good glowing review of this company. However, they did not complete the job. The awning over our carport and the new roof over our shed are leaking. We had referred them to a neighbor because they had been so responsive following the July monsoon and wind storm. They left a pile of debris behind at our neighbors. Yes, I know that the storm damaged a lot of homes and they were pressed to get materials. However, they did not even return phone calls. This was a very stressful year.

We made a call for services on our hot water heater and routine flushing and an appointment was arranged promptly and we appreciated the quick response ….the Minuteman Rep was very prompt on the arrival date ...and completed the flushing and further checking of our water heater making sure all was working properly......very professional service and the pricing and quality from Minuteman was very acceptable. We were very pleased....and would recommend Minuteman Home Services in the future......Rep..Dave was outstanding..! In conclusion, about 2 weeks later we noticed a small leak from the drain of the heater and contacted Minuteman again....received a callback promptly and had a Rep out to our home the next day......lo and behold ….It was the same Rep..Dave…….who corrected the leak...seams it was a plastic or rubber o-ring...all this corrected again......this company stands by it services and would recommend them highly....will not call anyone else when it calls for home services..!!!!!

The assigned Plumber Corie Bennett was very knowledgeable and experienced in a facets of Plumbing as I can attest too being in the construction trades for many years myself. His apprentice/helper Izaak was also very efficient and certainly contributed to the expediency in which each job was completed. Both were very respectful of my home and cleaned up thoroughly after each job area was finished. I would certainly recommend this company for what ever your plumbing needs are. They are professional and pleasant with how office staff communicate with potential clients in setting up appointments for estimates and work to be done. Corie and Izaak were also pleasant to work with and most importantly the work was done right, neatly and with an explanation of operation and appearance before work was started and approved by me. I can not attest to the quality of any other Goldstar Plumbing Tech team or staff, but if the caliber of personnel meet what my experience was then you can't go wrong with this outfit. 👍
