Great costumer service from Vera she was able to get someone out to fix our backed up toilet same day and promised me that what happened with the previous plumbing company I called which was horrible would not happen with them!! Mike was the gentleman that came out to fix the problem and didn’t leave till it was done!! He answered all my questions honestly and was very helpful!! I appreciate you guys... Updating my review here as this company did a fantastic job reaching back out and admitting their mistake. I can definitely sense that they really cared that they dropped the ball, and in a world where everybody makes mistakes, that's what matters.Very poor experience. After setting an appointment and waiting most of the late morning and early afternoon for the plumber to show up, I called at the 12th hour to find out what was going on.Was told there was an error in their system and they apologized and the guy would be out in a few minutes.30 minutes later, the gps link for the driver that was supposed to show up kept getting further and further from the house... 6 min, 10 min, 12 min.If we wanted to wait all day for a non appointment, we would have called the cable company 😀.Overall, wasted 5 hours.
