Parker and Sons are a rip off and take advantage of people in distress over their air-conditioning. My daughter and her young family had the AC go out in them this week. They called Parker and sons and a technician came to home evaluated situation and advised they could temporarily fix it for 7000.00 for new motor and blower. The tech advised he could put new unit in for 17000 dollars on a 1800 sq. Ft Home..I had my daughter call someone else and the new company immediately noticed the unit was not that old. He called mfgAnd found out it is still under warranty. Any technician should of known that immediately, yet they never researched for my daughter' This company says they represents honesty and family trusted. Baloney they gouchPeople when they are in a tough bind. I would not allow this company to clean my toilet. There are honest people out there but Parker and sons is not one of them

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

After a big error done by our home builder's construction team drilling an enormous oversized hole for our reverse osmosis system into our new kitchen's counter, nobody was able to help me finding an extra large faucet that could be installed for our RO system. Then I called Nick and he started searching immediately for a solution and was able to find a manufacturer that sells custom faucets within a short time. Nick's great effort and professionalism finding me the perfect faucet deserves ten stars! Immensely grateful that this error was corrected thanks to Nick's dedication and professionalism.

Twice year check-up

Excellent and Outstanding service from beginning to end. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Our point of contact, Cody explained & did everything he said he was going to do and more. He went above and beyond for us and his communication throughout the process was top notch. This was the most seamless contracting job we have dealt with even after they discovered a sink hole. All the techs that worked on the re-plumbing were very professional, courteous and respectful to our home. I can't say enough good things about the company and it's employees. We would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs and will definitely be using them in the future.

We are a family of 5. Our house is only 3yrs old and our upstairs unit has gone out 4 times. It went out this morning. Its 105° today and they said they can't come out till Sunday. Today is Wednesday. All of our neighbors have had issues with them as well.
