I have been using Parker & Sons for heating, cooling, & plumbing needs for many years. I have always been impressed by the professionalism, work ethic, and quality of work of the technicians. They are always very courteous, and respectful of property as well.Recently during an annual plumbing maintenance appointment to flush out my water heater and replace the anode, other issues come up that needed attention. Improvements were made and replacement parts were installed where needed. In addition, I brought up problems in two of my bathrooms that had been an issue since prior bathroom remodels. The technicians, James “Jim” Followay and Dennis Supernaw, were tenacious in troubleshooting the problem and determined the problem in both bathrooms were due to defective cartridges that had been installed during the remodel. They encouraged me to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts as they were pretty sure that the parts would be still under warranty. They were correct. I received one part a week and a half later and the second part took 3 weeks. I contacted Parker and Sons to ask that Jim and/or Dennis be assigned to come back for the install of the parts. Jim came back out the next day. He was only able to install one of the parts as the other was the wrong part. I contacted the manufacturer’s customer service representative again. She had determined that while I needed a cartridge for one of the bathrooms, I only needed a converter for the other. She was adamant that she was correct. Luckily, Jim was still present and interceded with the representative and successfully convinced the her to send another cartridge. The correct part was received within a week. I contacted Parker & Sons for another installation appointment. Both Jim and Dennis came. The part was successfully installed and all is well with the plumbing in my house.There is another thing I want to comment on. On the day of my original service, the subject of a recirculating pump came up. After it was explained to me, I had them install one. I am so very impressed and pleased with the amount of water is saves - especially with 2 of the bathrooms being at the other end of the house from the hot water heater. With the future of water conservation being what it is, I very highly recommend this product.My special thanks to Jim and Dennis for their perseverance, patience, and positivity. They were a pleasure to interact with and are outstanding representatives of Parker and Sons.

These guys are truly professional. I called with an issue and they were here within the hour. They are affordable and would recommend them to anyone that needs to get there drain cleaned!! Will definitely be recommending and using again

This company was called out to fix the heating in my apartment. When I got home from work, I discovered that they had locked my cat in a closet. I have no idea how long she was trapped that dark space without food, water, or litter.
