Thanks, Rion! I love Dukes of Air because I always know what I’m getting. Responsiveness, courtesy, and knowledge. We have used them for several different little things that have come up with our three air conditioning units. They are always super timely and professional and always can solve the problem. They have great prices and we will use them every single time! You know if I’m saving their number in my phone, that they are great! No need to shop around.

We hired Frederick and sons to come out and do several projects at our home which we were remodeling. First, I completely agree with the other reviewer that Leonard, the father, is incredibly rude. However, Levi the son, is very pleasant and nice to work with. Our project was fairly large… We needed pipes moved, we needed a drain created for a bathtub that we converted to shower, a bath tub installed along with several other projects. I wish I could post pictures because we ended up having to have them come back because the drain they installed for the shower sat above the ground 2 inches and the drain they installed for the bath tub, was broken, dirty and banged up. Considering all the work they had done we thought these were just a small oversight and they did come back and fix them.
Fast forward to today. I had them scheduled to come out and install the plumbing for the kitchen sink, the bathroom sinks, install the dishwasher and the gas cooktop. They came out and there was an issue with the bathroom faucets. They called me and told me what the issue was and I immediately got on the phone and was trying to rectify the situation. I asked them if they could just move onto the kitchen sink, dishwasher and cooktop since we were planning on moving into the house tomorrow.
A half hour later I get a call from Leonard who advises me that he has pulled his workers from the job, that he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of the bathroom sinks and that they are gone and not coming back. I was completely shocked and told him that he did not need to do the bathroom faucets but could they please finish the rest of the work that they were there to do. He refused saying he wanted nothing to do with this job and would not be returning.
So now here we are moving into the house tomorrow, scheduled to have 25 people over to our house for Easter on Sunday and I have no cooktop, no dishwasher, and no faucets anywhere in my house. I am scrambling to find another plumber to come in and do the work that I scheduled with him over a week ago. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. To leave a person in a situation like this is ridiculous. I understand that the bathroom faucets wouldn't work and I told them it was fine, I would figure out another solution for the bathroom faucets but I asked them if they could please finish the rest of the work that I had hired them to do and they refused. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. The owner has absolutely no regard for his customers, would not hesitate to leave you in a bind and is an overall unpleasant person to deal with.

If I could give no stars, I would have. My air conditioning unit was serviced by this company very recently. They told me that I needed a part, which I purchased for $200. After they installed the part, they told me it was the incorrect part. The capacitor I needed I was told would be $3000 for both the part and the installation. Upon receiving this news, I chose to get a second opinion. As it would turn out, the technician that installed the $200 part, did not hook it up correctly. Or at all as the wires were left loose and not plugged in, according to the second opinion technician. Due to this error, I had to pay an additional $70 for the second opinion technician to come and correct Chas Roberts' poor work. I am completely dissatisfied. This whole ordeal has left me traumatized and without air conditioning for much longer than was necessary. I urge you to strongly consider another company for your air conditioning needs.
