My situation was really tricky. The plumber assigned to me (Shane) was absolutely amazing at handling almost every aspect of this crazy scenario. I had a couple of small issues but Shane's moral compass and excellent customer service is why I can still leave a great review!!
Shane is not only a plumber, he appears to be an upstanding man... He mitigated quarrel between myself and the back office and went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot. I mean he really put in a lot of effort.

When I get to a computer I will update this review properly.

Mr. Dwight was very professional and very knowledgeable of the my problem. The pressure relief valve on hot water heater needed to be replaced.

I have used Culpepper for all of our family homes and suggested them to many other friends,however after my last two experiences with this company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Our last experience with this company was a TOTAL DISASTER after 3 hours and not fixing a toilet and making black hand prints and black shoe marks on white wool carpet the 2 people decided to leave the job. I think it was a good time for them to do so. In ending I would give this company a negative 5 star rating. Maybe it is time for this family business to CLOSE.
