Best Frozen Pipe Repair in Memphis TN

Luke was wonderful to work with and kept a positive attitude despite some set backs and working in 20 degree temperatures. I appreciated their communication, honesty, and hard work.

They have been very helpful throughout the entire process.

I had an appointment with this company for 2 weeks, took of work for the appointment, and they did not show up for the appointment or call me at all for that matter. I had to call them to find out they would not be coming to my house anymore due to their increase of emergency calls.

Explanation:
I Had an appointment for January 5th at 3 PM. I called early in the morning of January 5th at 830 am to ask them to call me when they were on the way they said ok.
Flash forward -
To 3:00 pm appointment time.- plumber is a no show there is no call.
At 5:00 pm I get my husband to call to inquire what is happening. They answered and stated they had multiple emergency calls come in and they would have to reschedule.

They would have been great to know earlier in the day. I waited around for this company, took half a day off work and they could not even call me after they did not show up to reschedule or tell me they were canceling?

We have used Stewart Plumbing for many years and have always had top notch service. We have a maintenance agreement with them and today had our annual inspection. Colton came out and first introduced himself and asked about concerns or issues. He did a thorough inspection, covered the results with me, and gave some tips to make sure things remain in good working order. Colten has been here in the past to do some repairs. He was professional and did an excellent job.
