Best Electrical Panel Repair in Memphis TN

I am a realtor in Jackson TN and have used Tim Ferguson for a long time. I know they are a great company! Oct 26th was my first chance to work with the Memphis location. From the first phone call they exceeded expectations. My husband's 97 year old aunt had been without hot water for almost 2 weeks while fighting with a home warranty company. Finally she agreed to let me help. I called Ferguson at 3:30 to get her a hot water heater - thinking Saturday at the earliest and more than likely Monday. The person who answered said I am dispatching now. Within 20 minutes Jared called to tell me he was on his way. By 6:00 her new hot water heater was installed. They did in 2 1/5 hours what a home warranty company has had almost 2 weeks to do. Jared thank you! Tim Ferguson is forutante to have you as an employee!

Great friendly service! Answered all my questions in a professional and understable way. Not a lot of technical terms which can be confusing. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Service Technician was very good. He cleaned outside and inside of the unit. He replaced the filter I n the attic, and went over any issues with me.
