I came home from a week trip to a cold house. Since I am a Comfort Club member, I called for help right away. The employee who answered my call suggested a couple of things to try and get my furnace to kick in. When that did not work, he scheduled a service call for immediate help. Within an hour or 2, David Hess came and replaced the motor in my furnace. I had heat back on in no time. Glad to have it fixed before the real cold temperatures forecast for Friday.
