They had appointment availability the next day, and were able to complete some complex repairs, along with explaining everything that they were doing. The price was more than reasonable for the repairs done, and I’ll be using them again in the future if I have more plumbing issues!

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I will be using Robert's Plumbing and Heating for my jobs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Jeff Havey repaired some plumbing on our old 2-flat house in Stoughton. He was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, and fast. He was also committed to solving the problem the right way. We had a problem that existed because of poor plumbing when a 2nd bathroom was installed a few years before we purchased the house. Jeff analyzed the issue and redid the plumbing according to code, finding a couple of additional issues that he fixed along the way. The tenant was extremely happy with the results. If you need a good plumber Jeff Havey is your man.

I was in today with my baggie of parts like so many times before. I was convinced I would leave with some kind of part to solve my problem. I explained our shower was noisy. A real loud howl. Howe Bros. patiently took me thru all the if / then possibilities. I have it all tore apart. What parts do I need ? Howe Bros nailed it. The noise is likely coming from your shower head. DOH ! What ? I replaced the shower head and the noise is gone. Howe Brothers are solution providers not parts sellers. Howe Brothers is someone I trust over and over again.

Made an online appointment through the website on Tuesday for our tub that wasn’t draining. I was able to schedule for Thursday, but when they phoned to confirm on Wednesday there was actually an appointment available on Wednesday. Professional and friendly both on the phone and in person. Ok folks! Plumbers are expensive. No getting around it. You youngsters out there who don't mind getting their hands dirty should consider this as a career choice. But anyway, theses guys are good! Ken and Luke arrived on time and got right at it. They replaced 2 outdoor spigot's quickly and put in the newer no freeze type. This is a 70's house and all the plumbing is a bit sketchy. I had another plumber do a majority of the work when I renovated this house and he wasn't as good. I'll hire these guys next time I need a plumber!
