They had appointment availability the next day, and were able to complete some complex repairs, along with explaining everything that they were doing. The price was more than reasonable for the repairs done, and I’ll be using them again in the future if I have more plumbing issues!

The team at Robert's plumbing were so nice and professional, that I could get the quote and new line was in place within no time. I was really impressed with the quality of service I received from MPFP. Soon after moving into a new (old ,updated) house, we experienced a serious leak in the basement. I called MPFP, and they came out that same day to check it out. The next day a technician , Jim, came and found the origin of the leak coming from the upstairs bathroom. He was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient while repairing the leak. He also reconnected a newly installed refrigerator hook up for the water and ice maker that had been installed incorrectly by the crew that delivered the appliance weeks before. We had been waiting for them to come back to remedy the situation, but they never showed up! He took great care moving the refrigerator back so as to not scratch the wood floors (already scratched by the crew that delivered the refrigerator in the first place!) I can't say enough good things about the service we received. We are considering installing a water softener in the near future, and we will definitely go through Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection! Robert was quick to fit in 3 small plumbing projects I had. He was on time, easy to work with and did great work. Super impressed and would happily refer him to a friend. He replaced a wash basin, fixed a leaking outdoor spigot, and removed an old sink we never needed.

Jack came out and replaced my water heater same day we called. My Dad and I were going to attempt the replacement ourselves, but it was past our level of expertise. We gave Jack a call and he was out a few hours later and got it replaced quickly and efficiently. Nice guy too! We’ll be using him from now on for sure. Water heater is working amazing and finally no more old leaking one I had for years.
