We have had Cardinal Htg/AC for several years and have always been pleased with their customer service and the ability to fit our needs into thee we or schedule in a timely fashion. Plus, they are local and we like to support local companies.

We had several plumbing needs that were addressed by an All Comfort technician recently. The office reply was prompt and they texted us to let us know when and who would be coming to go over everything we needed done. They even sent a photo of the technician who would be arriving. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what we needed done and made suggestions of what would best suit our needs for our home couldn't be more satisfied. Now waiting for pricing of all parts and labor of what is on our list to have done. Looking forward to working with them to update our plumbing needs.

I am unbelievably impressed with the remarkable customer service my wife and I experience from Dave Jones. Last Saturday, our 20-year old furnace was experiencing issues.
