They had appointment availability the next day, and were able to complete some complex repairs, along with explaining everything that they were doing. Jeramy was sent 15 years experience. He was kind listening and did great services on my Chrysler 40-50 year old unit. He cleaned replaced old belt dried out. Put grease in it blower bearings. Used All Comfort many times. They dropped the ball this time. Had Fri 12-4pm scheduled, another appt poped up earlier. When the tech showed I asked if I could keep the Friday appt? He said yes and low & behold no one shows on friday.

We've used Kegonsa Plumbing for a number of projects over the last few years. First project was plumbing a waterline to our new first floor laundry room. A couple of years later we had them install our water softener system (which has amazingly changed our homes water quality). Then this year we had them install our remodeled kitchens sink, garbage disposal, and faucet. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing related projects we have!
