The service was great. Very fast and professional. I was disappointed that our technician took off his mask in our house. This is a big deal to me because I have kids who are not old enough to be vaccinated. During my scheduling call, I was told that All Comfort did not know about our technician's vaccination status but was assured that the technician would wear a mask and maintain social distancing. That didn't occur. Next time, I'll call around until I find a place that can confirm vaccination status.

Great service experience, took care of the situation right away. Did not try to upsell and recommend anything that was not needed. I will continue to trust Dave Jones with all of our plumbing and HVAC needs.
