In less than three hours this good man takes out the old, plumbs in the new (excellently), and tests her out all while jamming to some stellar tunes and complimenting us on our dog. It was then that Jonathan got back on his stallion and rode off, disappearing across the horizon to lend his expertise and charisma to the next needy homeowner.Now, the water stays hot, the laundry room floor stays dry, and I say bravo Cardinal.
