Karl was prompt and knowledgeable about our heating unit and fixed the problem. Karl is very personable as well as he even had a few treats for our little dog named Sergio (9 LBS Chihuahua Rat-terrier). I must say, Sergio is a great judge of character and doesn't like many people, especially strangers, but Karl won him over. Thanks All-Comfort and Karl for getting our heat up and running!

Had a new toilet installed and a new flapper put into other toilet. Enjoy the new toilet a lot - so much better than the old one. I was glad I was able to get a biscuit color right away.
