They had appointment availability the next day, and were able to complete some complex repairs, along with explaining everything that they were doing. If you want someone to talk down to you, not listen to anything you're saying, belittle your budget and make insulting comments about things unrelated to the plumbing he was called there for, then this is the company for you. I'm not even interested in what the quote says, this company won't be getting our business.

We have used and relied on Oasen Plumbing for years. Recently in the cold spell we had a frozen kitchen drain that we couldn't get opened and called Oasen. Jim made a special effort to come the next day and although he couldn't open the drain with his snake because of thick ice, he stayed and used a space heater until it thawed and got the drain opened. He really saved us lots of trouble and stuck with the problem until fixed. I would recommend Oasen without hesitation. They are great.
