Best Design Build in Madison WI

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

The actual physical service was fine, but the billing department is apparently non-existent. We received a bill via email for at the beginning of November for work done in late October. My partner thought I paid it, and I thought he did. We heard nothing from the company until March, when we received a phone call threatening us with a lien on our house for non-payment--four months later, without one paper reminder bill or email sent during that period. I then tried to pay the bill online a few times, and was unable to due to God knows what; the system glitched at a different point in the process each time I tried. Then I paid the bill by mail, and THEN I got a letter from a lien company the day after they cashed the check. We won't be using them again.

Adrian was great, a true craftsman in his field of HVAC. Thanks for getting our AC back up and running quickly!

Luke and his team (Jack, Trevor, and Jake) are just finishing up a bathroom addition for us. They have been a joy to work with throughout the process. Very professional and top-notch work. Jack has helped us with SO many details, and has done beautiful work, especially considering it is new construction in a small, oddly-shaped space. He and Luke also have assisted us with some additional work needed in our basement. From the initial plan and detailed estimate via Luke, to Jack's stellar customized construction work, it has been fun watching it take shape and get finished. Highly recommend them!

We use HJ Pertzborn for all of our plumbing needs. They are friendly, responsive, and most importantly - they have shown they are willing to work with us on scheduling and going out of their way if the situation needs it! I won't use anyone else in the Madison area!

Replace Water Heater. Jack was recommended to be by a neighbor. He was very professional and was able to explain in detail what was wrong with my current water heater, and what all my options were. He was able to replace the water heater with in 1 day of me asking. Good value. He even went the extra mile and helped me with an additional minor project. I will definitely use his service again.
