Best Water Heater Leaking in Lubbock TX

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

They left trash in the yard. Let the faucet cover for out side off and dogs tore it up. Left the door to well house open when he left. Said they would call the next day and haven't heard back. Won't call them back out again. Sorry not sorry

Jesse and his apprentice were very professional and quick. They were able to help us the same day as our water heater emergency. They rerouted some shody workman ship of the previous tenant, and we had hot water in no time.

My technician replaced my water heater. They were quite affordable and very clear with their rates. I would strongly suggest this firm for any future plumbing issues because their service was really professional.

I highly recommend Justin and his team. Pricing is always fair and cost is quoted upfront. The work is superior. Our faucets were old and not easy to replace but Justin jumped right in to fix. I’m a repeat customer and will come back again.

I used Lowery for a drain cleaning back in 2019. The technician that came out used a hand tool to clear out my bathtub drain, the same type of hand tool that I used. I thought this wouldn't be sufficient but the technician told me that if this didn't clear out the line that they would come back to do a proper cleaning of the line. 4 days later I had a clogged drain again. I called back and I was told I needed to pay again for another drain cleaning. I was a little upset and told them I shouldn't have to pay again since I received poor service the first time the technician came out. Now almost 4 years later, I called to have a drained cleaned and I was told that they would need to get approval to service my house again. This is already 2 almost 3 days after my initial request for service and I didnt get a response. I had to call to check on my status of my request and I was told there was no record of my initial request. All of the other plumbing companies in Lubbock are better then Lowery. Its sad that a company does not want to do business with someone after a little criticism for having poor customer service.

Worst case of plumbing I have ever seen. Took them forever to fix things and then they still didnt get it right.
I would never recommend them to anyone.

I requested an appt online and never received a call indicating the appt had been approved the following morning. I called at 10 am and was not greeted in a professional manner. Then at 10:56 am I get a random, nearly incomprehensible text from someone (who turned out to be John) asking for some odd information about the house/water heater. I texted back with him for 3-4 messages and then he was just gone. I called and he never answered. I called the company and was told yeah, John's not very good at communication... No one ever showed up and my advice is to STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

They worked on my sewer several years ago and did the worst job I have Ever seen!!! They cut a place out of my porch on my patio that was about 7' by 3' and did an absolutely HORRIBLE JOB covering the cement back up. They literally ruined my patio and it would cost me thousands of dollars to repair the damage they did. On top of that, they put all the cement they cut out in My trashcan from my garage. They broke the handles on my trashcan where they tried to pick it up to take it out. So, what did they do?? They left my trashcan on my patio with cement all in it. I am a single woman and can't pick up the 50 lb trashcan. Years later and it is still on my patio. They did take one huge slab of cement out to the alley, where they dumped it by my fence. It is still there. I called afterwards to complain and all they said was no one by the name I told them worked there. They did not offer to help fix this at all. Yet, I sure am still paying them the $5000 they did for this total nightmare and slop job. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! Attached are the photos of the sewer that was placed in my patio. (which previous sewer was in my yard not patio). I did call Synchrony Bank and they stated they paid Mr. Rooter $5400 in August 2016. They are sending me the envoice and contract. The synchrony Bank that I am STILL paying for this job is under my roommates name, which is why you may not think you did the job. I have left several messages for the owner this week with no return call.
