Best New A/C Unit in Lubbock TX

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

Very prompt and professional service. I really appreciated that they wore masks in my home.

Initially, I bought a Groupon for my mom's heater and air conditioning to be tuned up. When the guy gets to my mom's, he informed me that her heater was not working, so he couldn't tune it. So, I ask him how much it would be to fix it and he says that it was about 300. I told him to go ahead and fix it, and he said he did. About a month later the heater isn't working, so I call to have them go check it. I was told it was back up and running and that the unit needed to be cleaned. So, I paid about $183 to get him to clean out the unit. I asked him if I needed to get the air conditioner checked and he said he checked it and It was running fine. Two weeks later, I go to my mother's house and it is hot...i turn on the air conditioner and all I hear is homing and there is no air. Call Gibson again, and was told that they did the work they had said they did and that they have pictures to prove it...i asked to see these pictures and he proceeded to tell me that he already deleted them. Now, he's telling me it will be about another 300 to fix...so, I'm calling someone else and just going to place this review here so that others can avoid them before spending so much for nothing.

These guys were very prompt when fixing our broken condenser. They are priced very very well and are extremely professional. Will definitely be using for all of our HVAC and Plumbing needs. I definitely recommend them as your first call, everyone else tried to charge double what they did. Thank you guys for the greatest service in the hub city! 👍

They did not even fix the problem, in fact, made it worse!!! Damaged the exterior of my shower facet. Very poor service from Don. I had to get a different plumber to fix what they didn’t!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Also, received a quote for an exterior hose bib for $150.00, that’s outrageously overpriced. I replaced myself for $12.

Mike Dominguez was thorough and informative. He went above and beyond to solve and repair our AC problem, and made sure that I understood the all the steps he was taking. He is very personable and represents your company well.

Very professional - helped us out quickly when we had an issue with our faucet. Very nice and obliged to my request to wear masks since we have some high risk individuals. Would definitely recommend!
