Joe did wonderful work for us!!!! We also allied for a bid for canned lights and some dimmer switches installed, he provided us with a bid that we are happy with and will be scheduling for soon. He also let us know about your maintenance programs for plumbing, electrical and HVAC which we will be signing up for too!!!! Ron, the HVAC Technician and all the other Technicians that we have had are just the Best!!!!! As well as the office staff, always friendly and helpful. We’re moving and we’ve appreciated EVERYONE at Armstrong!!!!!!! So grateful to James and the Leak -Tek Staff. Friendly, prompt, & knowledgeable. James explained the entire collapsed sewer process from start to finish, so we knew what to expect. Everything turned out great and works like a charm!! Leak-Tek - you did good!!!

I had leak in pipe below sink, a leak in kitchen faucet, and a small leak in bathtub faucet. The leak under sink required that he crawl under house to fix it. I opened up hole. He quoted me $350 to do this. He also said if he replaced faucet on sink with his faucet it would be $175. I bought faucet. He then wrote a bill on his phone for $525. I was shocked!! I was speechless. I should not have agree to this but I was so shocked that I did sign the agreement. But this is disgraceful what they charged me for about 2 hours of work. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will do all I can do to let the public know what happened here. Debbie Chaney
