They said they were extremely busy and yet they came to my house and completed the job on the same day. It was completed and they did a great job. Very professional and descriptive with everything they preformed. I recommend them highly if you want a job. Done right and right now !!

Prompt professional service. Had a pipe bust by my water heater and only recourse was shutting down main to the house. I literally called about 5 or 6 different plumbers before coming across JD's. The best any of the rest of them could do was get someone to my house in a day or more, which obviously an issue when you are completely without water. They had someone to my house in about 3 hours and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. I'm not sure how the price compared but honestly didn't matter given the situation. My only regret is that I don't remember the plumbers name who came out as he was a stand up professional!

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! M. R. Plumber is a very responsive and high quality plumbing company. My husband called them yesterday to schedule an appointment to inspect a plumbing project in our master bathroom, and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was able to perform our plumbing pipe repair requested during the appointment. Raul and his assistant not only accessed things quickly and went right to work but left the area very tidy and gave us a very fair price for the supplies and labor. I will definitely use Mario and Raul again in the future.

Called last week and made a appointment to get a estimate on getting all new air ducts in house. The morning of my appointment I didn't receive a anyone show up or call so I called and was told that they had to many big jobs come up to get to mine.

I have used this company several times for air-conditioning and plumbing problems. They have always done a great job. And they were upfront with me on the repairs and the cost. Definitely earned my trust and my business!

I had a new HVAC system installed and the experience was one of the best. Scott Gibson was one of many HVAC quotes I received and he was very knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to talk to. They won out because of the overall value, from the efficient system to the warranty, parts, labor and maintenance program. Their installers Joe Olguin and Jim Adams were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They worked around a part issue, which was not of their making, and stayed until my system was up and running and made sure everything was perfect. They are definitely an asset to the company. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Gibson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. I am sure that I will use them again for any HVAC or Plumbing needs.

Bad service don’t use

My original appointment was scheduled on Friday I never heard from them and after 8 on I received and email from the warranty company that I was rescheduled for the following Monday between 7am and 11. The called and said they’ll be by after lunch, but showed up at 3 and only took pictures of parts needing to be replaced. They finally came the next morning to replace my faucet and stated if I wanted one that matched I’d have to go purchase it or they could go and I’d have to pay the difference. I stated to them that would have been nice to have known the day before and I could’ve done so. I was switched around so much it inconvenienced me trying to find someone to be at my home in between me working myself.

We had a leak from a backyard pipe that was really to rupture and we called Justin time plumbing. Justin came out within 30 min (super fast) and fix the problem right away. Their service was great and prices are very reasonable. They saved me a huge water bill by coming so quickly. I trust Justin time plumbing with my home and you should to! Thanks Justin in time plumbing. Your amazing!!!!

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

They replaced a toilet at my business, and water heater at my home, as well as some faucet installs and other odds and ends repairs. My go to plumber. Always very clean work, on time and friendly.

Don and his crew of KD and Austin replaced our heater and air conditioner and did an excellent job, very respectful regarding our property. The floors were covered with canvas tarps and the Gents were extremely careful taking out the old equipment and bringing in and installing the new equipment. End result was a new air conditioner, condenser, and heater and you would not have know anyone had been on the property or in our home. Looks great and works like a charm. We are very happy with the price, equipment, and the installation.
