The work done was done well, they came out quickly enough, and the cost was fair. That being said, we will not use them again. We had a number of issues, but they were all with the administrative staff, so if that doesn't bother you, the technicians were great to work with and we recommend them.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. We checked a big project off our list this week. It's one of those projects that you don't really want to have to do - a new sewer line. Houston Mechanical got it done with minimal damage to the yard. There was an additional challenge of moving the deck to put in the new line and they got it moved and put back better than before!

Fantastic service! In less than an hour, they had fixed my sink's rusty piping, brought everything up to code, and left. Before touching anything, they reviewed all of the pricing in a respectful manner. Without a doubt, I'd use them again!
