These people sent a repair man to check out our unit who could only try to pressure us to replace our unit because it was too small for our house. I explained to him it had been working fine and that something was amiss. he then threw us his hands and said he could do nothing for us. He charged us 165 dollars which I paid in cash and got a receipt for only later to be billed for a second time because the repairman had pocketed the money.I know...I know...never pay in cash.

On top of all this the wife and I fixed the unit by cleaning the coil in the air handler.
