Justin came on a day he was off, fixed our issue in no time and was so nice! Great customer service and very responsive!

Very very poor and unprofessional service.. Talked to the owner and he was rude and disrespectful.

They did a solid job!!! Fixed 3 different issues that other contractors didn't want to mess with. The work was great and the price was good too. I'm very pleased with the results and wanted to say thank you!

Maggie was extremely friendly as was AJ and his team who came out and installed our new ac/heating unit! They got it done extremely fast and even cleaned and swept up the area where they performed the work. I highly recommend B & R for any ac/heating needs!

Had them scheduled for a camera video inspection of a sewer line for Friday morning and had to have it for a real estate transaction option period that was to end on Saturday. Did not show up by 9:00 so called them and said they had to find a slab leak at another place and would probably come by noon. Told them to call me and I would come back to open up the vacant property for them. Did not get a call by sometime in the afternoon. So I called their office and voice mail said that their admin office is closed on Friday afternoon. Left messages a couple times and never got a call back or a call from the plumbers. Called me Monday morning but it was to late.

Showed up fast, found the leak, and got me a great price on the repair. The repair was perfect like it never happened. Best guy to call in a plumbing emergency thanks Brian Y.
