My reason for the average rating is based on my opinion that they should have anticipated the parts needed and brought those with them as I am a rural customer. I told them it is a mobile home. Had they asked or if the email had allowed, I could have provided a picture of the connection that was leaking. I had to pay time and mileage for the trip to Lubbock and back to get the part.
