I had a major leak in the hall from my A/C and it was soaked and getting worse. I tried 2 well know companies and was told that they might be able to come out on Monday or Tuesday (this is Friday) but couldn't guarantee it. When I called Houston Mechanical, the phone was answered immediately and said he would come as soon as he was done with the current job. Excellent experience! Knew immediately what was wrong and had it fixed within 30 minutes - and then he helped me clean up the mess! Charge was very reasonable. I would recommend him to everyone.

Not impressed I called them said they'd be at my house between 8:30-9:00 am the next day. They were a no call no show. Was home all day!! Not very professional!!🤨 I'd like to make a correction to the above previous review. I'd like to thank Clifton for going out of his way to fix the situation I was Very Pleased with the work done and the outcome of the work. Air conditioning went out. Don answered my call and came and fixed the problem very quickly. Bad fan motor was replaced (he had one on his truck!) quickly and we had cool air in no time. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would use them any time for heating and air and plumbing. They replaced my water heater 2 years ago - did an excellent job then, too.

Worst plumbers! Never fixed anything!

Had them scheduled for a camera video inspection of a sewer line for Friday morning and had to have it for a real estate transaction option period that was to end on Saturday. Did not show up by 9:00 so called them and said they had to find a slab leak at another place and would probably come by noon. Told them to call me and I would come back to open up the vacant property for them. Did not get a call by sometime in the afternoon. So I called their office and voice mail said that their admin office is closed on Friday afternoon. Left messages a couple times and never got a call back or a call from the plumbers. Called me Monday morning but it was to late.
