WE ARE OF OLDER AGE! OVER THE YEARS WE HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY COMPANIES, ( EXTRA CHARGES, INSTEAD OF BEING CHARGED FOR ONE WORKERS, THREE WORKERS COME TO HELP, SO CHARGED FOR 3 WORKERS. TOLD WE NEED ALOT OF WORK, THAT WAS NOT NEEDED, TOLD WE CAN MAKE PAYMENTS FOR A FEW YEARS!! ALOT OF IT BECAUSE WE ARE OLDER. SO WE ARE NOT VERY TRUSTING AT ARE AGE. ARE TEMP IN THE HOUSE WAS 86 TO 88 DEGREES, WITH THE CENTRAL AIR ON. WE CALLED ARMSTRONG.. THE YOUNG LADY SAMARIA TOOK ARE CALL. SO KIND AND EXPLAINED EVER STEP, SAID THE ONE WORKER WOULD BE THERE WITHIN IN 30 MINUTES, TIM ARRIVED IN 27 MINUTES. HE LISTONED TO US, CHECK EVERYTHING OUT, AND THEN TOLD US WHAT ARE OPTIONS WERE AND SHOWED US PRICES, BEFORE HE STARTED ANYTHING. VERY HONEST KIND YOUNG MAN. EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETED AND DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE TIM LEFT. WE WILL SURELY USE ARMSTRONG IN THE FUTURE FOR ALL ARE NEEDS. AND THANK-YOU DAVID... YOU ALSO CAN AND CHECKED ON US. Very untrustworthy dishonest company installed my new AC unit 3 years ago came back last year because it was low on Freon and filled it and said they were going to come check for leak never did so of course this summer it was low again so now they want to charge me $180 because they didn't fix their own mistake that is just really poor service will never call again and definitely will never recommend to anybody

They go beyond to get you fixed up! Even being a Labor Day weekend, they worked till the job was done. And didn’t over charge they treat there customers with respect and the crew was great & polite and very efficient! Had A1 plumbing come to my home in such a rush making me feel I was a bother to them even though Home shield contacted them. They were to booked and busy is what the guy said. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I will forever here on out only use Phil Kerr plumbing company and refer them to EVERYONE! Thanks again for going beyond. 1-10-16 Horrific!!! Mr Rooter Lubbock- I went online requested that my lines are snaked from roof access to drop off point in alley. they sent a lazy man over who wouldn't get on roof and went to the overflow in back yard with a HAND CRANK device! of course he mentioned. The lines will AT some point need to be replaced. Yeah Yeah dude I got bridge to sell you too! I called the company while this person was in the yard hand cranking and got lip service from dispatch manager that if his guy says that's all he needs in the yard then I back him up. Bunch of crap! Right after the technician left my washing machine backed up into my dishwasher and both sides of kitchen sink and I paid $124 for NOTHING but disrespect, and waste of my time!!! I have only owned this house for 11 years so I kind of know what needs to be done. VERY RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL when I asked for a refund for getting the shaft. Do YOU all get paid to do NOTHING??
