Best dang service in Lubbock! Friendly, fast, and inexpensive! Called when they were busy and they still got here fast, finished the job in 30 min! I know who I'll be using again.

My technician replaced my water heater. They were quite affordable and very clear with their rates. I would strongly suggest this firm for any future plumbing issues because their service was really professional.

Rudy is awesome! When our kitchen sink was clogged he came right out to check it out. He quickly got to work diagnosing the problem, and explained what he was doing, tips for the future and even good equipment he recommended we purchase for the house. He was able to resolve the issue fast, and then gave loads of good information about what it would take to replace our hot water heater. Super friendly, fast, and affordable service. Will definitely be using him in the future!

Always do a great job no matter the task.

I have choice home warranty. Use this guy to come out and check my AC. He said that it was under field. Then he said it was over filled with an obstruction caused by not normal use the warranty denied repairing my air conditioner. I have to do it out of pocket besides that he was also 4 1/2 hours late without giving us a warning. Replacing my air conditioner is not a big deal. I’ll do it out of pocket being accused of doing something to it is not professional and not returning a call to see if I wanted to have it fixed after that.

These people settled for $1,200 and when we gave them the credit card info they charged $1,701.25. This is fraud. They are crooks. Do not use their services. Over priced for one and inflate your bill. Criminals!!!

I needed my sewer line replaced I got five estimates two of them were trenchless replacement. I did end up going with the lower estimate of digging up the yard. I just wanted to say that CP was one of the two trenchless quotes I got if I would have went that way we would have picked CP. Not only were they the lowest but when Blain came out the same day i asked for a quote, he explained what trenchless replacement was. Very knowledgeable had patience with us and answered our questions we appreciate it
