Had a full unit replaced. Price was crazy good and the service was the same. Everything was great!

This is the second time I have called this service. First time was to fix a leaky faucet. They not only fixed the Outside leaky faucet but installed a kitchen faucet in under an hour. This last time was to install a whole house water filter. Great job and more than fare prices.

Pipes were blocked up so had a plumber come out to look at them and they stayed for about 10 minutes to tell me they couldn't fix and then sent a bill for $400 3 months later for something that they never fixed in the first place, that another plumber came out and fixed for $100.

Fast appointment. Friendly staff. Very happy to explain issues. Job done quickly. You feel confident they've done a good job!

Came out to Shallowater with 24 hours notice and completed everything to a high standard. Allowed me to save some money by doing the digging myself and reused a fitting saving me even more.

Highly recommend, we will be using again.

Justin is very professional, friendly, fair and courteous! He came on a Saturday to adjust or add something to our tankless water heater and didn’t even charge for it. His wife is awesome as well. Definitely would recommend him!

They came to my house for repairs under Choice Home Warranty for a claim that I made to repair hose bibs. They came out took pictures and said we will submit this to your warranty company and if they reject the claim we will call you with a quote if I wanted to pay for it. They asked for the $65 copay. I gave it to them. They cashed the check as fast as possible. they never called me with the quote. it was clear when they said if they reject … they meant when they reject the claim. They clearly knew Choice did not cover hose bibs. Yes it is true that they only answered a call but they knew what it was and that it would not be covered. It would have been nice if when they called in the morning to say they were coming if they had just told me that they knew it would probably be rejected do you still want us to come.

I had an amazing experience with this company! Very polite and informative! Walked me through everything they were doing during the service call and they went above and beyond during there time at my house!

Eddie that works for johnson pumping was competent, professional on time to the appointment and very helpful answering any questions that I had will call again and use their services.

We needed repairs done to our shower, called A-1 plumbing and received quick professional service. We are very happy with the quality of service from A-1.

Zach, was very professional and kept me informed on every step of his repairs. He double checked every leak to ensure that everything was working properly. He needs a raise! 🤑

Spent almost $700 and the tub faucet still leaks. The man who came today was belittling ....do you have a plumbing license? Will never use this company again.

Now, the bathroom faucet handle came off. They did not even put the faucet handle on correctly. The drain stopper assembly was also not installed properly - It appears to be forced in and I can not take it out for cleaning (Yes, I took off the retaining nut). I would give a negative if I could. Still, very angry about the poor quality of workmanship and how rude the men were.

Replaced sewer line per quote. Did NOT replace the last 12 foot from the cleanout to the house, leading to an extremely messy and expensive sewer backup in the crawlspace that destroyed the furnace. Also, cut right through the sprinkler system.
Unfortunately I cannot give negative stars ...I would. Worst contractor I ever dealt with.

1-10-16 Horrific!!! Mr Rooter Lubbock- I went online requested that my lines are snaked from roof access to drop off point in alley. they sent a lazy man over who wouldn't get on roof and went to the overflow in back yard with a HAND CRANK device! of course he mentioned. The lines will AT some point need to be replaced. Yeah Yeah dude I got bridge to sell you too! I called the company while this person was in the yard hand cranking and got lip service from dispatch manager that if his guy says that's all he needs in the yard then I back him up. Bunch of crap! Right after the technician left my washing machine backed up into my dishwasher and both sides of kitchen sink and I paid $124 for NOTHING but disrespect, and waste of my time!!! I have only owned this house for 11 years so I kind of know what needs to be done. VERY RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL when I asked for a refund for getting the shaft. Do YOU all get paid to do NOTHING??
