I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

I called them on a Thursday, because my moms bathtub was leaking and destroying the wall. They were out that afternoon and had us fixed up in a few hours. Price and quality was excellent. The employees were very polite and respectful. My mom was very happy with them. Great Job.

I rarely do reviews at all. But Considering how this company saved my Family today I felt the need to do as such. I called, and im not exaggerating, over 20 companies on my Friday Morning when I Noticed my AC was out and blowing Hot air. I got blown over by every one of them telling me they can get to me maybe on Monday. Its 109 Degrees outside and you want me to wait for the weekend? On and On it went, until we Came across Duncan and they Said they would take care of us. I Kid you not 10 Minutes later they called me letting me know a tech had finished early and was on his Way. Very professional shows up and takes care of business. I got my AC back on Cooling down the house within 10 minutes of that. I could not recommend this Company more then I do. They will be getting all of my business that I can possibly give them. Don't waste your time with other Companies. They obviously didn't want my Business. Arrived promptly on time to see why my clean out line was backflowing. Used all their machines and finally came unclogged. Got their camera out and Trey diagnosed it and showed me the picture. It sure was clear to see the pipe was broken and narrowed out in the alley. Luckily it's city side and they will be working on replacing it ASAP. It was marked by Joe Rushing Plumbing services and should be resolved. Thank God for the quick diagnosis and equipment they have.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Bob at Raider Plumbing was a life saver for me. I was quoted almost $5400 for a leak under my kitchen sink, by Lowery Plumbing. I was told that it was under the foundation and a tunnel would have to be dug. A neighbor of mine gave me Bob's name and number so I gave him a call. He came out the next day, fixed it in about an hour and it only cost me $142!!! The issue was above foundation. There was a couple of nails that had been driven thru the hot water pipe during the building of the house, and they had finally rusted making the leak occur . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOB! Very honest and pleasant business man.

You never realize how much you take hot water for granted when the temps are in the single digits and the highs do not get above freezing in January.
