The company claimed it was a different problem and NOT related to the work done a month or so earlier. They also tried to say that we pushed the handle down too hard or the part had a hairline crack in it. We had to pay a second $75 deductible to fix the toilet that they fixed already. They should honor and guarantee the work that they performed and not try and to cover up their shoddy work by blaming the homeowners. I would give them zero stars but I did not have that option. Just read the reviews about the homeowner warranty repairs and beware when using this company.
