I was charged $234 to replace the guts on one toilet (supply line, fill valve, flush disk) and $264 (!!!!!) for them to snake a bathroom sink that was slow-draining. The quote I originally received for $500 was supposed to include replacing an o-ring on a different toilet, but the worker decided to just shim it instead. Which is not what I wanted & was supposed to be included in the cost. I guess that’s why I was charged $264 for snaking a drain, which costs hardly anything in parts and anybody can do. The work was done quick, I’ll give them that. But why wouldn’t it be? It’s easy work. $264 for snaking a drain… smh.I’ll never use them again. Just know they might change the original request without notice. I only hired them because I thought they were cheaper than another quote. But he didn’t even replace the o-ring (which we had originally agreed upon).
