February of 2021 my water heater was replaced they did amazing. August of 2022 I found a leak at one of the sodering points called them because it was there work that needed repaired I left a key so they could get in and next thing I know I got a bill for repairs I never authorized. I never received a call to authorize the repairs. They fixed the leak that caused rust on top of the waterheater but also placed my expansion tank that wasn't leaking. The lady in charge apologized I didn't receive a call but still charged me a fuel fee and a service charge when I questioned it she put me on hold and never picked back up and I would still be on hold .

I was very happy with the technician. He came in and got right to work. He found the trouble and took care of it.I would be happy to have this gentleman help us again. My only problem was with arrival time given to me by the office. I was given a window of between 9 and 2. I appreciate that different jobs take a different amount of time, but a five hour window prevented me from doing some things that I had planned for today. I wish there was a better way to schedule an appointment. Otherwise all of my dealings with Maeser Plumbing have been great and if I have another problem they will be my first call.

John came out and fixed my old air conditioner! he did a great job! called them and they were available next day! also got a carbon whole house water filter installed!

Dave came out on a Friday night and provided excellent service to my boiler that was all orange flames. Bled radiators and cleaned burners . I appreciate his excellent sevice and gave my spring to do list.
