Just lazy !

KCC was used for Pm's on our heat exchange unit in our warehouse plus two small office units. They charged 1,932.00 annually. Included new filters and wear and tear on some parts. It turns out the heat exchange unit uses washable aluminum filters, KCC was telling us they needed new filters every time. Jokes on us!!! We hired a new company to replace KCC, and there changing us 772.00 annually. So that's a 1,160.00 dollar SAVINGS.

I was having a minor issue with my toilet continuing to run, I called and they had a crew over within the hour. Got everything fixed and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!

They were able to come the same night we called and came an hour later, at 8 pm. It was so helpful that they were able to come the same night because we had to shut off our power and water. Our upstairs shower nozzle pooped off and water was pouring through the bathroom light of the bottom floor of our tri-level and onto our water heater. They helped us quickly and did a good job. They even gave us advice on getting the water damage fixed later. I would recommend them.
