I really appreciate Vessels. I live in an old condo and have had to call them a couple times now to fix/inspect leaks. They’re always super friendly, work quick and I feel like the pricing was definitely fair. As a business owner myself, I hate to write a bad review. However, I’m hoping it can save someone else the hassle we are going through. We built a home and our builder used Griffin plumbing. Since then their customer service has been AWFUL, taking 3 weeks for them to return calls to repair work they did incorrectly. After finally getting in touch with Laura she denied the work was incorrect (even after seeing pictures of the flange being over and inch below the tile) and refused to send anyone out. I suppose a toilet is supposed to leak from the bottom every 6 months???
My advice...find someone else.

Used H2O twice now. Did nice work on a bathroom remodel and more recently replaced an expired water heater.... without:
- requiring a $69 service call visit just to give a quote
- any surprise fees
- gouging me on the price!

We called about a clogged drain and a slow flushing toilet on Monday and were able to get service the next day. The lady we talked to on the phone was friendly and helpful, she even called Tuesday with updates on when to expect them. Mike and Paul fixed both problems much more quickly than we had expected it to take, they made sure everything was working perfectly and left absolutely no mess, they were respectful of our property, professional, and friendly. As they were leaving I mentioned getting rid of an old gas grill on our patio and to save us another service call they capped the gas line for us before they left. We even got a senior's discount! If you need a plumber I don't think you could do any better than Tony's.

Came to fix a leak coming from my bath. He determined that the problem was that a part of the tub was not sealed properly. He changed me over $100 and didn't bother to seal the part all the way (which would have taken him an extra minute). What a waste of time and money.

Only guy in town to even act like they cared about the situation I had. Came out same day fixed my issue and I couldn’t be more than pleased.

When i called to set up a tech the lady was a little rude when i told her i needed a tech later in the day. But when the 2 techs got to my house they were super friendly and got the issue fixed no problem. I will use them again.
