The company dispatched a plumber within 24 hrs and he was very pleasant. However, the problem persisted and when I called the number (twice) that he left I received no response or suggestions. I was disappointed with the follow up service as he promised. I am even less impressed with MSD who tells me to call a plumber . . .I am trying. . . .

Quick response and affordable pricing

We've used St Matthews Plumbing numerous times and have always been happy with their work. Recently our old water heater was leaking. I called Doug and we discussed the problem and i sent him a few pics, when the installer came he had everything he needed to do the job.The installer was on time and did a great job.

Josh replaced my toilet, wax seal, guts, and shut-off all within in about an hour, including removing the entire old system. He cleaned up any mess promptly, and sucked out all the old toilet water that was in my old commode. He was pleasant, courteous, and educational. A true professional. Thank you!!! This was his second time to my house- the first time he repaired my garbage disposal in about 15 minutes, again explaining why the system failed and educating me on how to prevent it on the future. Ask for josh if you need a plumber.
