My family spent several thousands dollars with Davis & Davis on a shower installation for a new bathroom. Six months later, while taking a shower, water began shooting from the water handle. When we called Davis to come take a look at it, the first thing they said was, Oh, that's going to be a voided warranty. We removed the water knob to try and get the water to stop spewing out all over the place without having to shut the water off to the house. Apparently, that was enough to void a warranty because they refused to fix the problem even though it was apparent that they had damaged the valve and cartridge during installation. The valve looked like a reused valve, and was bent to hell, as was the cartridge. After being told by the owner, Kevin Davis, several times that I was the one who damaged the valve, it became clear that he was not going to take any responsibility for the terrible work his plumbers had done to fix our brand new shower that we had just payed thousands for only six months prior. Poor business!

Service man Mitch was extremely nice, he went out of his way to be helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Joe Hesler came to the Papa Johns that I am the GM of. He walked me through every possible scenario. Showed me how I can do things to check what issues may be happening. He went the extra mile to help me as a store manager. Gave me options and gave sound and honest advice. Joe is definitely doing things the right way and made me a customer at home as well. Hope he sees this and knows that doing that for us other hard workers. We appreciate you and give this man a raise.

Called and had an appointment set up. Called on day of to confirm appointment, and was told they would have to call me back. Waited until scheduled appointment time with no call back. I then called again, as I didn't want to leave work and take PTO if they were not going to show, nor did I want to be rude and make the plumber wait if he were on his way. Tina said one of their servicemen had been in a fender bender and she would have to call me back. Fair enough. An hour later they called to say that due to the fender bender all their service guys would be busy serving all their other customers, and they no longer wanted my business and I should call another plumber. I guess because I didn't wait for them to call me back the first time, I managed to annoy them. Glad their service guy was okay, but thought the experience was unprofessional.
