Two men came out to inspect and reinstall a Numi toilet. First they said they had no experience with that type of toilet and took longer than expected to finish. The bill stated that they made all wiring connections for toilet features but it only needed to be plugged in, which I can do! The bill was $325.83 which is higher than any plumbing bill we've ever received for anything! I called the company to speak with the owner/manager to see if they could make an adjustment. The receptionist took the call and said she would have Bob' get back to me. He never returned the call. I called again and still no response.

We have hired PlumbRight about 10 times in the past. In addition to their excellent work, everytime they come they have been so polite and informative. We've had the opportunity to work with many of their employees and every experience has been excellent. They take time to answer my questions and they also give me a heads up when they are on their way. Sean and his team did an excellent job installing a new gas line for a stove. He was courteous, honest, and performed the work in a very timely manner. These guys did an amazing job. Just bought a new house that had a home warranty And the garbage disposal went out. they came out right away as planned replaced everything necessary fought with the home warranty people to make sure everything was covered Did a few extra little things at no charge and went on their way. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
