Professional experience for reasonable rates

I have used them several times. Great people to work with. The last time I had an issue they gave me some directions on how to correct my issue on my own. I would recommend them if you have any plumbing needs.

They came out to repair a leak in my tub which they got fixed. But when they put the cartridge in they reversed the settings now the hot comes out on the cold side and the cold comes out on the hot side. It wasn't like that before they replaced the cartridge. I called them to report the problem and they said they would come back out on Wednesday between 12-2. Well 2:30 came and I called them to learn that they contact my home warranty people with lied saying the problem existed before they came to my home. Avery the plumber refuses to come back to my home to fix his screw up. I will never ever use the service again. I will be contacting my lawyer! Janky Plumbers should be their new name!

I have a lot of rental properties and have used Arter Plumbing many times. They have always been very professional and prompt. They are also friendly and nice which makes it easier when your dealing with a plumbing problem. I recommend them highly. Their prices are very reasonable.

We love these guys. Last time, they figured out a flooding problem and fixed it for a fraction of the estimate that another company gave us (which wouldn't have fixed it anyway!) This time they fixed two problems, explained things, and gave advice. And they left the place spotless!

Arter Plumbing came out to my house, and instead of costing me hundreds of dollars for a new water heater, like other plumbing companies suggested, they found a common part that went bad on the water heater, had it in their truck and had me completely fixed and working like new again within 15 mins. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!! Fabulous experience and VERY courteous and friendly technicians that treated my home like it was their own.

I have used Arter Plumbing twice and found them to be very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. No issues at all. No plumbing is cheap, but I didn't find their pricing to be excessive.

I have used Arter Plumbing for a number of years. They saved us with an after hours repair right before a dinner party, replaced sewer line in my backyard, and just replaced a water heater. They have always been polite, professional, considerate and affordable. They price for the sewer line work was half of what Roto Rooter wanted.

These guys are terrific.
