I called early this morning in regards to several outlets no longer working that I wanted fixed right away. They were able to fit me in the same day. Artin, the electrician showed up on time and was very nice and professional. He explained and demonstrated what the problems were very clearly. In addition, he answered all my questions and concerns patiently despite him already having had a long day and our appointment being from the late 5-7 PM range.

Fortunately, I discovered this fantastic company in the area for my water line repair and was able to hire them at a reasonable price. It was convenient to hire these people because they immediately alleviated my concerns, and I must say that they are a true lifesaver. Thank you so much for your help! I broke a pipe in my front yard doing some yard work. They were able to come out and get it all taken care of very quickly. I was really impressed and the price was lower than I expected. I will be calling them again if I need a plumber.

I won't be-labor this review with the issues we were facing at our home, but suffice it to say that Todd and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They provided an exhaustive analysis of our plumbing system. Not only did they address the issue at hand but uncovered a number of other issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. Moreover, they were extremely transparent and took the time to help us understand what the issues were, what problems would arise, and cost to repair. Given our budget constraints since we had just purchased the house, Todd helped us prioritize what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. They even worked with us on the cost to repair an item that they correctly felt needed to be addressed immediately.

Edwin Martinez came out to quote an extensive project - adding an outdoor sink with drainage, creating an outdoor spigot for hose and setting up a drip system line. He was very professional, friendly, and worked hard for two days to get the project done. His craftsman ship was excellent. He also noticed two other issues around the water heater and fixed those free of charge as well. He was generous with his time and expertise and could not say enough good things about him and about West Side Plumbing. Will always return here.

I’ve called Gateway twice now and Nick always shows up on time, he’s honest, courteous, does phenomenal work, and his prices are great. He sent me an estimate for some other work that same day. Nick genuinely cares and takes the time to do the job right.

We had a drain problem in our kitchen; almost all the pipes got blocked because of which the dirt water got stagnant under the sink.
