John and his team are INCREDIBLE! I couldn't be happier or more grateful for the work they did on my house. It was a huge project and they completed in in a timely fashion, during the global pandemic. They worked hard and thoughtfully to keep my family safe with the plumbing emergency we were dealing with. Although it was a little costly, I wanted a quick fix. My job was able to be squeezed in between two other jobs since the crew was competent and responsive. I quickly realized what needed to be done and handed him the task. He cleaned up after himself and left me with a fully functional shower.

I called these guys after another vendor had already left my property unserviceable and multiple calls to vendors with week long waits.
Alex answered the phone. He’s not a reservation booker, he runs operations for his crew. They got to me in less than 2 hours and went beyond the call to insure the issue would not reoccur at a very reasonable price, as initially quoted.
Alex was on point the whole time.
HydroJet did the Job, They also did a 120’ video inspection to make sure and didn’t make a big deal about it. Great Crew, clean gear, very professional.
They were totally patient while I figured out my payment method, and then they went off into the night to solve someone else’s problems.

Not an inexpensive fix, but comparable to competitors, and fair, given I was unable to fix on my own. Moses was knowledgeable, friendly, and, most importantly, confident he could clear the drain. Had a sewer back up last night. They could not take care of the emergency call so I agreed to wait until the following morning for the service. The next morning came and they did not show up nor they respond to my inquiry about their ETA. Not someone you can relay on.
