I can't say enough good things about Monkey Wrench Plumbing, and their Technician Leonel. I have a tankless water heater and began to have problems with it within one year. The company that installed it came out twice, and both times gave me a different reason for the problem and charged me a lot of money to fix it (although it was not fixed!) The third time I called Monkey Wrench Plumbing and they sent Leonel. He found the problem right away, fixed it at a very low cost and problem solved!! This year I had a toilet issue that Leo took care of promptly…(and again, at a very low cost.) I am thrilled with Monkey Wrench Plumbing. The dispatcher, Kevin, is so friendly and he got me an appointment the same day. LEO IS THE BEST PLUMBER I have ever had!! He is professional, very knowledgable, he gets the job done quickly and is so nice. I recommend Monkey Wrench for all of your plumbing needs, but especially for a Tankless Water Heater... No one wants to deal with plumbing issues but when sh...t happens, it's nice to know that I can call Sunset West Plumbing for timely, thorough repairs.

The brass fitting under a sink was leaking. I called several places after Thanksgiving and they answered. The plumber Luis, arrived within 45 minutes , assessed the issue and made the necessary repairs to stop the leak. Ford's Plumbing will be my go-to plumber in the future.

Sorry, but after repeated calls, I got no response regarding making plans to have a new water heater installed. They installed our last one and were great, and wanted to offer them repeat business, not in an emergency, but still somewhat urgently. During COVID, plumbing services are still essential services and are allowed to conduct regular business. To not even return phone calls for days or not at all is just not the responsiveness I expect from a business where I'm trying to give them repeat business worth hundreds of dollars. The inconvenience of having to find a reliable, trusted alternative is annoying, when this would have been a win-win situation. If they have that much business that they can ignore new business from returning customers, good for them, but to ignore our new offer is not OK; I'm not going to beg to be their repeat customer. You pay a vendor not only for the charges of the work done, but also by giving them the opportunity to do the work in the first place, and being ignored is cavalier and inappropriate.

I got the best plumbing service ever from them. I had a problem with my toilet and they came to rectify it immediately.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. Please don’t use this company they dont deserve your business there are a lot more small business that deserve your patronage

My house was constructed in 1941. We bought it in 1999. We have had replaced a lot of the old pipes and fixtures with other plumbers. Warren and Edwin with Plumber 2 the Rescue are my new go to plumbers.

After placing my complaint with the company, the owner Omar refunded the $250. My issue with the company is now resolved.
